Michael Dreyer


Michael is a tax professional with over 15 years of experience in public accounting, and has been licensed as a CPA in California for a majority of those years. He started working in a local boutique accounting firm, worked his way into management at a big four firm, and is now back leading a boutique office. While having audit signoff authority, his career focused early on the income tax needs of clients. Michael has tax compliance and consulting experience with high-net-worth individuals, flow-through entities, corporations, and trusts having specialized in real estate, construction, venture capital and manufacturing industries. He graduated with a BS in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Michael has resided in the Bay Area for the last 30 years and currently calls San Francisco home. When not working he enjoys biking, soccer, and wine.

Patrick Sangiacomo


Pat is proud to be a second-generation San Franciscan. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1980 with a degree in accounting and took his first public accounting job in Eugene, Oregon with a very large local firm. Returning to Bay area in 1982, he married and settled in Pleasanton and raised three children. Pat became a certified public accountant in 1983. He began working with a local San Leandro CPA firm where he became partner in 1989. In 1993, he formed a new firm, Chinn/Sangiacomo. When his partner retired in 2012 the firm became Sangiacomo Group, AC. He specializes in tax and accounting services with small to mid-sized businesses, primarily in construction. manufacturing and professional services and commercial insurance brokers. Pat enjoys spending time with his adult children and new granddaughter. He enjoys fishing and believes there is nothing better than catching and releasing a fish larger than himself. Panama and Alaska are his favorite locations to visit.

Eileen Gardiner


Eileen Gardiner has been preparing income tax returns since February of 1979 after completing a tax course at H & R Block and working for them during her first tax season. Over the many years since that beginning she has acquired her Enrolled Agent’s License, her Certified Public Accountant’s License, and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Most of her working career has been spent at Hampton & Churchward Accountancy Corporation. Together with Joe Churchward and a wonderful staff they have grown that firm and developed a strong client base. She looks forward to this merger with Bay Landing Tax & Consulting. She will still contribute by assisting with client and staff needs and sharing her years of experience and knowledge.

Joseph Churchward


Joe graduated from Cal-State University East Bay with a BS degree in Kinesiology. He attended St. Mary’s University and obtained a teaching credential. He eventually returned to Cal-State East Bay to obtain a minor in accounting and his CPA license. During this time, he became a principal with Hampton & Churchward in 1990. Joe has been preparing personal, corporation, fiduciary and estate returns since 1982. He places a strong emphasis on client relations and looks forward to using his experience to contribute to the Bay Landing team.

Neha Pabla

Tax Manager

Neha is a CPA with over 5 years of tax and accounting experience in the public sector. She graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. She is currently working towards obtaining her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Her areas of expertise include passthrough entities and Individuals. She values client relationships and enjoys learning about their financial backgrounds as well as discussing current and future financial goals. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, renovating, working on DIY projects, and spending time with family.

Cindy Silvia

Senior Tax Advisor

Cindy has been an Enrolled Agent since 1995. She graduated from California State University East Bay with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has worked the last 15 years for Sangiacomo Group as an accountant. In her off time, she spends time at her husbands family property up north. She enjoys gardening, snow and water skiing and doing varies activities with her kids and husband.

Marilyn Meneses

Senior Tax Advisor

Marilyn Meneses graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Lyceum of the Philippines University in Manila. Since 1987, Marilyn has served the East Bay community with Hampton & Churchward, a family owned accounting firm. She has experience doing bookkeeping for small businesses, as well as corporation and partnership tax returns. She is also a local resident of Alameda, raising her family here and establishing firm roots on the island. In her spare time Marilyn enjoys being with family the most, watching movies, and bowling.

Andrew Pearlstein

Senior Tax Advisor

Andrew Pearlstein attended Boise State University in Boise Idaho where he received his Bachelors in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s in Accounting. Andrew has 3 years of tax and attestation experience with the Sangiacomo Group in San Leandro California. Andrew enjoys working closely with clients to help grow their business’. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and hiking with his dog, Linus.

Kevin Williams

Tax Advisor

Kevin Williams attended San Jose State University and received degrees in business and accounting. Kevin has 10 years of tax and business consulting experience, which includes 6 years as the finance manager with a defense engineering firm. Before that, he was an account manager in the small business division of Comerica bank for 10 years. Kevin also studied at the Conservatory of Music in San Francisco and is an accomplished musician who enjoys teaching whenever possible.

Kortne Harris

Administrative Assistant

Kortne graduated from Heald Business College with a degree in Business Administration. She has over 12 years of experience working in the administrative field, as well as over 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving. Kortne has worked in a variety of industries including Freight Forwarding, Heat Treating, Retail, Technical College, Property Management, and most recently a Premium Chocolate Company. Kortne is a native to the East Bay in California. In her spare time she enjoys reading, painting, going to the beach, cooking and spending time with family and friends.


Administrative Assistant

Teresa Adame has over 18 years of experience in the administrative and financial fields, including accounting, payroll, HR, and special events coordination. Originally from the Bay Area, she spent 8 years in Las Vegas as part of the corporate team at IGT (International Game Technology), a global company with 63 offices and over 80,000 employees worldwide. During her time at IGT, she gained valuable knowledge and experience. Teresa recently returned to the Bay Area to be closer to home and is excited to join the Bay Landing team.
